This three-part workshop series equips faculty with practical tools to align their teaching methods, learning objectives, and assessments for improved student outcomes. Session 1 focuses on self-assessment, helping participants identify strengths and areas for growth in instructional alignment. Session 2 dives into best practices for effective, evidence-based teaching strategies tailored to higher education. Session 3 concludes the series by guiding participants through aligning assessments with instructional practices, ensuring consistency and meaningful evaluation of student learning. Faculty will leave with actionable insights to enhance their course design and teaching impact. Feel free to register for individual sessions, or all three.
