The Deans Leadership Council engages in targeted discussions related to strategic plans, faculty pathways, budget, enrollment, retention, progression, graduation, and enrollment. The Council is chaired by the Provost & Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Executive Vice President for Health Sciences. Its members include the Senior Associate Vice President & Dean of the School of Health Professions at VHS, the Senior Associate Vice President for Faculty Affairs & Professional Development at VHS, the Chief of Staff & Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at ODU, the Associate Vice Provost for Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment at VHS, the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs at ODU, the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs & Strategic Initiatives at ODU, the Associate Vice Provost & University Registrar at ODU, as well as the Deans from both ODU and VHS.
